Production Associate – 1st Shift (4‑Day Workweek)

Pay: $20–$22/hour + Annual Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
Location: On‑site Manufacturing Facility

What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our manufacturing process by:
- Operating and loading production machines
- Performing assembly and secondary operations such as trimming, crimping, cutting, and finishing
- Inspecting products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
- Packaging, labeling, and preparing materials per work order instructions
- Completing inspection records and production documentation
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area following 6S standards
- Supporting safety initiatives and ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality systems
- Collaborating with your team on process improvements and updated work instructions
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Comfortable reading measuring devices such as rulers, calipers, and scales
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, safety‑minded, and team‑oriented
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
This role is active and hands‑on. You’ll regularly:
- Stand and move for extended periods
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machine tools
- Perform repetitive hand movements (grasping, fingering, feeling)
- Wear required PPE (safety glasses, shoes, hearing protection; additional PPE as needed)
Work Environment
- Manufacturing facility with light exposure to dust, noise, fumes, and oils
- Safety‑focused environment with established procedures and training
