Pay Range
$100,000-$110,000 Annually with annual bonus opportunity

As our Manufacturing Engineer (yes, you), you’ll collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Ops, and Engineering to enhance automation, improve tooling, reduce costs, and deliver Operational Excellence with every move. From machine upgrades to margin-boosting strategies, you’ll have the autonomy to make real change happen.
What You’ll Own:
- Develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes that support new and existing product lines
- Lead machine upgrades, equipment projects, and tooling improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce production costs, improve safety, and drive quality
- Analyze data, conduct time studies, and use your problem-solving magic to build smart, scalable systems
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and CI projects to enhance operational performance
- Act as a technical mentor for other engineers and production teams
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of SolidWorks experience
- 1+ years of project management experience in equipment development
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex ideas simply
- Bonus points for: Automation experience, Lean Six Sigma certification, ERP system knowledge, or machine qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
