🚀 Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)
This is more than a supervisory role—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact.
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead operations across one or more manufacturing or support departments, driving performance, efficiency, and quality on every shift. You’ll be at the center of our production success, guiding your team, solving challenges, and continuously improving processes using lean principles.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Lead and energize a team of operators and technicians
- Drive daily production to meet delivery and quality goals
- Plan and prioritize workflow for maximum efficiency
- Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Monitor quality and ensure top-tier product standards
- Develop your team through coaching, training, and mentorship
- Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues
- Collaborate across departments to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:45 PM – 12:45 AM- (Enjoy 3-day weekends every week!)

🎯 What You Bring
- Associate degree in a technical field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 5–7 years of manufacturing, maintenance, or machining experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with lean principles/process improvement
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and routings
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
(Brush manufacturing experience? Even better!)
👥 Leadership Responsibilities
You’ll directly supervise production employees, guiding performance, resolving challenges, and creating a positive, productive work environment. Your leadership will help shape both team success and individual growth.
⚙️ Physical & Work Environment
This is an active, hands-on role in a manufacturing setting:
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Use of PPE and industrial equipment (CNC machines, lathes, etc.)
- Exposure to typical shop conditions (noise, dust, oils)
